About this video: Our trained lab technicians use automated technology to make your single-vision glasses on-site, often in as little as 30 minutes. The video shows four steps:

  1. Frames are automatically scanned and locking pads are added so your pupillary distance is set correctly.
  2. Lenses are customized and polished on our high-tech edger for a perfect fit.
  3. Each lens is mounted into your frame and hand-inspected for quality.
  4. You walk out the same day with your new glasses.
